Common questions

How do I unlock the full game?

Tap Unlock Full Game on the start screen or in the in-game menu. It's a one-time purchase, with no subscriptions and no ads.

I bought the full game but it's locked again.

Open the menu and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with. If Family Sharing is on, family members can restore it with their own Apple ID too.

How do I ask for a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Do I need an Apple Pencil?

No. Everything works with your fingers. The Pencil adds shortcuts, such as drawing a loop to select units or a line to send them somewhere.

Does the game need an internet connection?

No. Benchland plays fully offline. You only need a connection to buy or restore the full-game unlock.

What does the game do with my data?

Nothing leaves your iPad unless you choose to share it. Read our privacy policy.

Benchland needs iPadOS 27 or later and plays best on an iPad with an M-series chip.
